Shop FAQs

What forms of payment do you accept?

This website accepts Paypal and almost any form of credit or debit card.

Can I use PayPal?

Yes. Paypal is now accepted by this website.

Do I need an account to purchase products?

No. Just add the products to your shopping cart and then pay at checkout. No sign-up required.

How soon will you post my order?

Most orders will be posted within 5 working days from time of purchase. If you have particular requirements please contact me.

Do you have a returns policy?

Yes. Please contact me to discuss.

How are prints packaged?

All A4 and A3 prints are sent in either a sturdy and suitably sized cardboard tube OR posted flat between two pieces of strong plastic board. If you have a preference, please get in contact.

A5 prints come pre-packaged with cardboard backing and will be sent between additional pieces of suitable cardboard.

How are prints posted?

Prints are sent using a 'signed-for' service. So a signature is required for delivery. If you would prefer not to use this service, please get in contact.

How can I flatten prints?

I'd recommend speaking to your framer. However it's not that tricky: carefully remove the print from the tube and leave the paper on its back to relax. The paper might flatten out on it's own, or you can gently weigh down the edges with some books (or similar), taking care not to force the paper too much.

Do you sell original artwork?

Yes. Please check the shop.

How are originals packaged?

Originals are packaged in durable double-walled cardboard boxes and bubble wrap. I've sent a lot of framed items, and as yet, I've had no breakages

How are originals sent?

Orders are sent via a courier service. Usually UPS for International orders. So far I've found them to be the most reliable and cost effective.

I can't find what I'm looking for.

This incarnation of the website is fairly recent. If you can't find a particular item then it might not be in the shop because it's either sold out or because it hasn't been added yet. If in doubt, get in contact.

There's an image I like but you don't sell prints of it.

If that's the case, let me know. If enough people express interest then I'd happily consider printing an edition.
